HOLLANDAISE YOU ROCK MY WORLD

When I was about ten or so, Eggs Benedict was a Saturday ritual. Never to be missed, always savoured and enjoyed. For whatever reason, maybe it was in a short live vegan faze, Bene went off the menu. What a silly decision THAT was!
This morning me and Bene were reunited and by god, did I miss it.
No other food warms me up, numbs that hang over or makes me smile like Bene does.
YUM!

I LOVE HOLLANDAISE! It won me top chef last year. Just called Mum to get her quick and easy recipe:
- melt 2 big tablespoons of butter
- two egg yolks into melted butter
- add a squize of lemon juice
- quarter of a cup of cream
- microwave on high for 1 minute
- add half a teaspoon of whole grain mustard
- stir
- eat
