It's all so illicitly taboo when you're a mere 13 years old. Things can be hard. Especially when you're classmates call you towelhead, your neighbor fingered you and you're father is obsessed with his new Greek girlfriend.
Alan Ball, genius writer of American Beauty and Six Feet Under brings suburbia to glorious new heights in his latest movie. It's also the first movie he's directed and I think he's done a pretty nice job.
I won't harp on too much so if you're struggling on your next visit to the video store give it a shot.
